Oil Kings Schedule and Group Reservation

Hi everyone, here's our schedule for Dec. 16:

11:30am - Meet at the Scotiabank Premium Entrance at Roger's Place

located on 104 Avenue (entrance west of the Casino). An Oil Kings representative will meet us here and provide further instructions.

~12:30pm - Big League Experience

- Player Introductions (Line up on blue line)
- National Anthem
- 3 minute warmup
- 50 minutes run-time game
- 5 minutes for handshakes and pictures

-Afterwards our group will be led back to the Scotiabank Entrance and we can return equipment to our vehicles

2:00pm - Group meal at Match Eatery (optional) - located in Roger's by the Casino

We have a tentative reservation for 30-60 people, so there is plenty of room for those who want to bring family members etc. For those that haven't replied yet, I need final numbers by Friday.
If you want to attend, please reply with how many are in your group. I've also attached both the Main Menu and Kids' Menu below for pre-ordering.
Please send me your pre-orders by Friday (by reply to this email or message me). These will be done by Jersey Number and will be kept on separate bills. You can add drinks, more food items etc. to your bill when we are there of course.
